Overview

1A3 Accounts Performance (“the Service”) is a read-only analytics dashboard for TikTok accounts. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to the people who authorize an account.

Data we collect

We only collect data for accounts that an owner explicitly connects through TikTok Login Kit. With the scopes shown on our homepage, that includes:

• Public profile information: display name, username, avatar, bio and verification status.
• Account statistics: follower count, total likes and video count.
• Public videos and their metrics: views, likes, comments and shares.
• OAuth tokens issued by TikTok that let us retrieve the data above on the owner's behalf.

We do not collect passwords, private messages, or any data outside the scopes the owner approves.

How we use data

Data is used solely to produce performance reports for the account owner and the team they work with. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens and fetched metrics are stored on a secured server and are never exposed to the browser. Access to the dashboard requires a passcode. Tokens are used only to call TikTok's official APIs.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while an account remains connected. An owner can disconnect an account at any time from the dashboard, which deletes the stored tokens and metrics for that account. Revoking access from TikTok settings also stops all future retrieval.

Third parties

Data is retrieved from TikTok's APIs and handled according to TikTok's Developer Terms. We do not share account data with third parties except as required to operate the Service or comply with the law.
